Refunds & Returns

We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our Seed Germination Device. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are eligible for orders which have not yet been shipped out, or in rare cases where we are unable to provide a replacement of the item purchased.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase & MUST Be covered by our warranty policy to remain eligible for a refund. Again, this is ONLY if we cannot replace the item.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products that show signs of misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications, OR damage not covered in our warrantee policy.

• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

• Products that have an expired warranty

•Any Item that has already been shipped and does not have a manufacture defect covered by warranty.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective within the refund & replacement period:

• Contact our customer service team immediately at sales@seedcanary.com to report the issue.

• We may request photos or a description of the defect to assist with processing.

• a Replacement will be sent as soon as we receive the damaged/defected device from you.

4. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at sales@seedcanary.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Package the product securely and include all original items.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved Replacements/Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
