• Germination success rates depend on seed quality, environmental conditions, and user handling, and Seed Canary LLC does not guarantee specific results.

• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the Device is operated in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• The Device should only be used by adults or under adult supervision.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the Device and related materials are the property of Seed Canary LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Device or its materials without prior written consent, as the design and functionality of our seed germination system is patent pending and all rights to this device is owned by Seed Canary LLC
